Information re Tuesday 24 November 2009

The Institute will be open as normal on Tuesday 24th November.
We anticipate serious disruption to the delivery of classes, laboratories, and the provision of library and all other services.
The Institute regrets this inconvenience to all our students.

Online Library Services and Server planned downtime

Due to essential maintenance and to guarantee the provision of services into the future, online library services will be unavailable as below. There will also be very limited library desk services during these times. Library opening hours will not be effected.

11th & 12th November 2009:
From 19:00 on the 11th of November for up to 24 hours

18th November 2009:
From 19:00 – 23:00

Services effected include;

  • Access to online databases and Find ITT
  • Online exam papers
  • Library web site, including the online catalogue
  • Library account services
  • Self service centre
  • Library desk services

The library regrets any inconvenience caused, and hope that this advance notice helps you plan around this planned downtime.

WARC is a source of Marketing Communications covering over 45,000 articles, case studies, research reports and summaries, augmented with best practice papers, practical guides, daily news, email bulletins, statistical data and brings together experience from industry practitioners.

Please access the resource below using your library login details pin number etc.
